Ocean Hole Strangeness

There is a hole in the ocean.

–Which ocean? I can’t remember, perhaps it will come back to me. But that’s beside the point, pay attention! –

There is a hole in the ocean. But this hole isn’t a hole at all, it’s a wormhole –which is different from regular holes, and oddly enough doesn’t even involve worms–. This wormhole connects to an ocean on a planet far across the universe.

These conflicting waters surge and churn, spitting out hot waves at extreme speeds, high into the air like erupting geysers!

But as the water crashes back to the surf, debris of creatures not of this world, float along the waves. These remains are then swallowed whole, gulped down into some giant belly of the deep. This otherworldly food has strange and bizzare effects on the local wildlife, causing them to grow to unusual sizes or giving them strange abilities.

I once saw a shark that could shoot fire! A dolphin that had fingers! And tuna fish that could sing!¹

This ocean has the most peculiar and fascinating creatures. I wonder where it was…
